To All Ministers with LUT Track Students in their Churches:

Please duplicate this form and distribute copies to any candidate in your church or study group who is working toward certification as a Licensed Unity Teacher. One SEE Scholarship may be awarded by Unity Institute each year to a candidate from each Region. Resources permitting, and additional scholarship may be awarded by the SE Region.

The deadline for receipt of 2007 applications is March 1, 2009

All applications must have a letter of recommendation from the applicant's minister attached.

The criteria for determining the recipient is as follows:

1. Completion of at least one previous session of SEE study at Unity Village
2. The Scholarship cannot be applied to the SDS process, and is good for SEE class study only.
3. The award will be made to the applicant who is closest to finishing up course work for a Licensed Teacher Track.
4. The candidate must plan to attend one or more SEE sessions at Unity Village within the next 12 months
