Looking to add to our Team:
Virtual Digital Marketing Specialist:
The candidate must possess two – five (2-5) years prior experience in managing social media. Our ideal
candidate will also possess unquestionable integrity, self-discipline, the ability to adapt to changes in
processes and procedures, effectively manage time and deadlines for multiple on-going projects at once,
be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a team-player, the ability to multi-task, be an excellent communicator
(written and verbal), and be proficient in online marketing, multiple social media platforms including but
not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. In addition, must be able to create & coordinate
a monthly E-Newsletter and update data lists.
Responsibilities include the following:
Web Support
• Coordinate the tactical execution of web development projects and maintenance
• Conduct quality assurance of all marketing assets and website functionality
• Experience with a variety of website platforms a plus
Social Media
• Experience in Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing
• Passionately in tune with latest social media developments, online behaviors, and trends
• Proficiency with a solid understanding in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Facebook,
Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, Snapchat, TikTok, You Tube and other current
social media platforms and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those individual
channels.
• Advanced capabilities required with: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management and
interpersonal skills
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,
benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds
meaningful connections and encourages business owners and social media site members to take
action.
• Compose, schedule, and deliver email campaigns
• Conduct surveys using Survey Monkey or similar tool for market research
• Creative and great eye for design with demonstrated knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Publisher,
Illustrator, and other photo/video editing tools
• Experience with Marketing Analytics and Google My Business a plus
• urgency and a strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to written communications
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills
